This guide offers a comprehensive view of the diversity offered by the department: the cycling routes offered cover both the coastal region and the interior, so you will have the choice between rides near the sea or through the lands. On the coast, you will discover unmissable sites such as the famous pink granite coast at Ploumanac'h, the pink sandstone coast including Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy, as well as the impressive cliffs of Plouha and the bay of Saint -Brieuc.

Inland, you will find a variety of sites to explore: from the Nantes to Brest canal to the Ille et Rance canal, including the Bon-Repos abbey, the Valley of the Saints with its imposing stone giants, the castle and forest of La Hunaudaye, as well as the country of Moncontour with its castles and gardens.

A great diversity of natural landscapes such as cliffs, beaches, moors, marshes, canals, bocage, ponds and forests, as well as a rich cultural heritage including lighthouses, churches and chapels, castles and manors, ports, stone hamlets, etc., are among the attractions of these cycling routes.

Many routes also follow sections of marked greenways.
