The R1 from Arnheim to Poland

This guidebook presents a 1098 km bike trip from Arnheim in the Netherlands to the East, towards the Oder in Germany. The route passes through Zutphen, Vreden, Münster and not far from Bielefeld, to Detmold. It then continues via Höxter, Einbeck, Quedlinburg, Köthen, Lutherstadt Wittemberg, Berlin and ends at the Polish border on the Oder (river). A large number of variations and excursions are also offered.
